CSULB Advanced Public Health in Nursing

Beginning Fall of 2017, registered nurses will be able to obtain their Advanced Public Health in Nursing degree from CSULB. Students may participate in the program as a full-time or part-time student. In addition to their courses, students will be granted up to 700 clinical hours of work.

The program itself allows registered nurses to perpetuate health promotion and risk reduction throughout their communities. Flexible course schedules allow students to work part-time in addition to their classes. The courses themselves are face-to-face, not hybrid classes and are offered year-round. Also, recent undergraduates may take full advantage of this program, as there is no requirement for experience.
